Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, Business/Financial Analytics, Customer Success Operations, or a closely related analytical role within a B2B SaaS or data-driven organization.
• Strong financial analytical foundation: comfortable building models and logic from raw data rather than relying on pre-built dashboards or BI tooling.
• Exposure to SaaS metrics and ability to explain them clearly: ARR, GRR, NRR, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, win rate, churn cohort analysis, renewal rate, and customer health scoring.
• Hands-on experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards; familiarity with Salesforce data architecture and data quality issues at the CRM level.
• Demonstrated track record building accurate, analytical deliverables under recurring time pressure: weekly reports, monthly packages, ad-hoc analyses.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain renewal and retention reporting: churn cohort analysis, renewal pipeline health, and at-risk account identification with root-cause analysis.
• Build and maintain the forecast accuracy tracking model, capturing submitted forecast vs. actual closed-won by segment, product, rep cohort, and period.
• Build and maintain the forecasting input quality dashboard: tracking forecast submission completeness and category distribution by segment.
• Support sales productivity reporting: quota attainment by segment and rep tenure, ramp curves, win rates by segment and deal size.
• Support capacity and coverage model maintenance for headcount, ramp, and productivity inputs for AOP planning and reforecasting.
• Partner with RevOps systems and data teams to identify data quality issues and support data reconciliation across Salesforce, CS platforms, and Finance.
