Job summary

Golden West Broadcasting in Weyburn is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help clients achieve their advertising and marketing objectives. You will collect and analyze campaign data, then present findings to clients and offer improvement recommendations.

You will partner with Account Managers to serve clients, review data from multiple sources, present progress reports, and identify opportunities where Golden West and Homefield can provide additional services.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to balance multiple clients.
• Team player, able to work with other departments to support your clients’ goals.
• Self-starter.
• Excellent communicator.
• Tech savvy; knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams is a strong asset.
• Marketing knowledge is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to serve their clients.
• Collect and analyze performance results for advertising and marketing campaigns; review data sources, draw insights, and determine outcomes.
• Present reports to clients; discuss campaign progress, recommend changes to advertising tactics, and identify areas for additional services.
• Promote client retention and loyalty.
