Job summary

Golden West Broadcasting, in partnership with Homefield, is seeking a driven Account Manager for MORE Country and Strathmore Now to help local businesses grow through radio and digital advertising.

As an Account Manager, you’ll prospect, build relationships, lead discovery meetings, pitch campaigns, and coordinate with support teams to deliver results. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a proactive mindset; base salary plus uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound prospecting and client outreach.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Comfort leading discovery meetings with clients.
• Experience selling radio and digital advertising campaigns.
• Coordination with internal teams to deliver orders.
• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting progress.
• Familiarity with sales planning and CRM tools.

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative (internally called an Account Manager) to join MORE Country and Strathmore Now and help more local businesses succeed. What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll work with new and existing business clients to:

• Prospect for new business through outbound calling and local outreach
• Build long-term relationships and uncover new sales opportunities
• Lead discovery meetings to understand clients’ goals
• Pitch radio and digital advertising campaigns that help them grow
• Coordinate with our support teams to deliver on your clients’ orders
• Monitor campaign success and provide regular progress updates
• Use tools and sales planning systems to hit your targets
