Job summary

Golden West Broadcasting is seeking a driven Junior Account Manager to help local businesses grow through radio and digital advertising. You will prospect new clients, build lasting relationships, lead discovery meetings, and pitch campaigns while coordinating with support teams to deliver orders.

Ideal candidates are curious, coachable, and eager to grow, with strong people skills and a proactive mindset. Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

What You'll Do:

You’ll work with new and existing business clients to:

• Prospect for new business through outbound calling and local outreach
• Build long-term relationships and uncover new sales opportunities
• Lead discovery meetings to understand clients’ goals
• Pitch radio and digital advertising campaigns that help them grow
• Coordinate with our support teams to deliver on your clients’ orders
• Monitor campaign success and provide regular progress updates
• Use tools and sales planning systems to hit your targets
