Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change management across complex banking transformation initiatives in Toronto, Ontario. You will partner with leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption, readiness and sustained change across products, processes and technology.

With 7+ years in change management and familiarity with Prosci, ACMP, you will influence executives, craft communications plans and adoption metrics to enable successful outcomes for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive organizational change management experience leading complex business transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing change across multiple concurrent programs or portfolios.
• Experience supporting large-scale banking transformation, customer experience modernization or operational transformation.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, including Prosci, ACMP or equivalent frameworks.
• Prosci Change Management Certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and executives and provide strategic advisory support.
• Experience developing executive communications, leadership engagement strategies, readiness plans, training strategies and adoption measurement frameworks.
• Experience within financial services, lending, retail banking or customer-facing transformations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives change management strategies and activities across initiatives from initiation through implementation and sustainment.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups and stakeholders.
• Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives and recommends solutions.
• Develops change strategy and adoption measures, enabling leadership alignment and readiness.
• Collaborates with process owners and delivery teams to support transformation and regulatory initiatives.
