Qualifications

7+ years leading complex business transformation initiatives.
Enterprise, regulatory, or large-scale program experience.
Advanced knowledge of change management methodologies.
Strong consulting, facilitation and executive advisory skills.
Ability to influence senior leaders using data-driven insights.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools including Copilot.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end change management for complex, regulatory, and pan-TDI initiatives.
Partner with executives and sponsors to assess impacts, manage risk, and accelerate adoption.
Develop integrated change strategies enabling readiness, adoption, and benefits realization.
Champion innovative approaches and AI-enabled tools across TD Insurance.
Translate complex information into practical insights and action plans.
Collaborate across business, technology, operations, risk and project teams.
Use adoption metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform decisions.
