Job summary

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop insights from data, and manage end-to-end delivery of transformational programs with senior stakeholders, aligning with risk controls and corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Requires skills in qualitative and quantitative analysis, research and insight development, project management and execution, problem solving, change management and communications, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Leads and drives a customer-focused culture across the team to deepen client relationships by leveraging broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Collaborates with various teams to draw insights from data sources to inform strategy, priorities, and decisions.
• Develops and maintains competitive frameworks to enable senior leadership decisions on the competitor landscape.
• Supports the PMO function and oversight of a portfolio of transformational projects for Small Business Canadian Banking.
• Supports communication and change management efforts to embed transformational changes and processes.
• Designs and executes cross-channel initiatives addressing business issues and reducing barriers to customer advice and service.
