Job summary

FCC is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager, Agriculture Commercial Financing, to build trusted lender partnerships with agricultural producers across Canada. You’ll combine business development, portfolio management and industry expertise to tailor financing solutions that help customers grow.

In a hybrid role with travel to client sites, you’ll lead complex lending, perform advanced financial analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful financing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, commerce or related field.
• 4+ years in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, or sales.
• Experience managing or supporting complex customer portfolios.
• Strong financial analysis and credit risk skills.
• Experience balancing growth with risk in portfolios.
• Strong collaboration across teams.
• Experience developing sales strategies.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of agriculture or agribusiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Grow and strengthen a loan portfolio via business development.
• Advise clients with financing solutions to support success.
• Build financing packages meeting business needs.
• Execute loans: gather documents, secure approvals, coordinate with teams.

• Build relationships with FCC customers and internal partners.
• Identify opportunities to grow the loan portfolio.
• Travel to customer operations to understand business.
• Be a visible presence in the agriculture community.
