FCC / FAC is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager, Agriculture Commercial Financing to lead a complex portfolio of agricultural customers, delivering tailored financial solutions that drive growth. You’ll act as a strategic advisor with strong financial acumen to structure lending arrangements and assess risk across your portfolio.

Qualifications
- Degree in agriculture, business, commerce or related field.
- 4-6 years in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales.
- Experience managing or supporting complex customer portfolios, including structuring financing.
- Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel.
Responsibilities
- Build financing packages that meet customer needs.
- Execute loans: structure, gather docs, secure approvals, coordinate with teams.
- Lead complex lending solutions with risk assessment and structured financing.
- Mentor and coach team members for consistency and excellence.
- Build relationships with FCC customers and internal partners.
- Identify opportunities to grow loan portfolio.
- Travel to customer operations for tailored advice.
- Network in the local ag community.
