Job summary

TransPerfect Translations International in Montreal seeks a Director of Strategic Accounts to drive new business relationships and provide executive client service across geographies. The role partners with account managers, production teams and clients to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has solid account management experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to design and implement technical solutions while building durable partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–7 years in account management.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; bilingual English/French preferred.
• Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented; able to work with geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead tracks of work for large localization projects.
• Develop and monitor project plans and budgets.
• Manage all client communications and align with client goals.
• Coordinate with cross-department teams for efficient workflow.
• Prospect new clients and expand existing accounts in pharma.
