Jobber in Vancouver is seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales team. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers, identify expansion opportunities, and drive revenue by upgrading subscriptions and adding online payments.

Reporting to the Manager, Expansion, you’ll work with cross‑functional teams and Salesforce to track activity, deliver outstanding customer service, and grow long‑term relationships with small business customers.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience with commissions or targets.
• Energetic, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a funnel of existing customers to identify expansion opportunities.
• Proactively connect with customers, recommend better usage to drive revenue.
• Achieve targets and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with multiple departments; provide feedback on initiatives, products and campaigns.
• Track information in Salesforce for follow-up and analytics.
