Jobber in Toronto is seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales team. You will manage a funnel of existing customers, identify expansion opportunities, and help clients upgrade subscriptions and add online payments to drive their success.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, track data in Salesforce, and work in a high-energy, commission-driven environment with uncapped earning potential. Jobber offers a transparent compensation package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in an outbound sales environment with commission and/or targets.
• High energy; capable of selling in a dynamic environment with a short sales cycle.
• Driven and tenacious; able to bounce back quickly.
• Able to find solutions and think on your feet in changing conversations.
• Coachable and adaptable; comfortable with change and ambiguity.
• Enjoy technology and share enthusiasm for mobile tech.
• Strong, confident communication; active listening to understand customer needs.
• Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage a funnel of existing customers to identify expansion opportunities and Upsell features/products.
• Proactively engage customers, recommending how to better utilize Jobber to drive success and revenue.
• Aim to consistently hit and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to communicate feedback on initiatives, products and campaigns.
• Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up and analytics.
