Job summary

Nipissing University is seeking a Manager, Academic Projects and Planning for a 12-month administrative contract in North Bay. You will support strategic academic initiatives, planning processes, and office operations to advance the University’s plans.

Reporting to the Provost and Vice-President, Academic, you will organize consultations, prepare planning documents, and ensure alignment between faculty initiatives and institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of five (5) years of related university experience.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and academic program changes.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic academic projects, planning processes and office operations that advance the University’s Strategic and Academic Plans.
• Organize consultation processes and synthesize materials for the Provost and academic committees.
• Contribute to planning documents and align faculty initiatives with institutional goals.
