Job summary

Paradies Lagardere in Calgary seeks a Store Supervisor to lead a fast-paced retail team, ensuring outstanding customer service and adherence to company standards.

You will train and coach sales associates, manage scheduling, payroll, merchandising, and policy compliance; you will handle escalated service issues.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year retail experience, and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, in Canada.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to work 7/365 shifts and varied hours.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to pass background checks and policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put the customer first at all times (internal and external).
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to sales associates.
• Foster an excellent employee experience with quality and engagement.
• Create and maintain good working relationships with teammates.
• Ensure coaching and performance management for associates, escalate when needed.
• Maintain store merchandising, housekeeping, and appearance.
• Assist with receiving, merchandising, returns, POS, cash auditing as needed.
• Prepare store schedules and payroll processes.
• Follow company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Open/close the store as Key Holder when required.
