You will oversee all store operations and coach a high-performing sales team to ensure a premium brand experience, while meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

As a brand ambassador, you will uphold presentation standards, manage inventory, and foster a culture of accountability and customer connection across the team.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience required.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with inventory, merchandising, and store operations.
• Fashion, leather, or motorcycle retail experience is a strong asset.
