Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Lillooet, BC, is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team, coach staff, and drive customer-first service. This full-time role requires 40 hours weekly and open availability.

You will oversee operations, merchandising, health and safety, and front-end activities while supporting cross-department initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in retail, leadership experience, Food Safe certification, and a business-related educational background.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail experience.
• Leadership experience is an asset.
• Food Safe Certification.
• Post-secondary education in business is an asset.
• Experience with achieving sales targets and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team, coaching and mentoring to ensure Always Customer First service.
• Deliver operational excellence in customer experience, health and safety, and front end operations.
• Provide cross-department support to maintain service and standards.
• Communicate key messages to align with business objectives.
• Review HR metrics and dashboards to monitor store performance.
• Support strategies to grow sales and customer loyalty.
