As a supervisor you will train colleagues, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence. This position connects product knowledge with a premium retail experience in a fast-paced omni-channel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management or keyholder experience.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results because of enthusiasm for athletic products.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including basic financial analysis.
• Resourceful and versatile in a rapidly changing omni-channel environment.
• High ethics, integrity and trust; flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Leadership: inspirational and dynamic with a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered.
• Train and grow a team focused on delivering outrageous experiences to our community.
• Generate business results and achieve key KPIs.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates and store leadership.
• Learn and share product knowledge and trends to fit customer needs.
