Job summary

JD Sports Scarborough Town Centre in Scarborough, ON, is seeking a Supervisor to lead our retail team. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing scheduling, inventory, and performance at a fast-paced location.

You will train and coach sales associates, drive sales and KPIs, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure operational excellence in a dynamic omni‑channel retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management or keyholder experience.
• Passionate about streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Strong ethics, integrity and trust.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered.
• Train and grow a team focused on delivering outrageous experiences to our community.
• Generate business results and achieve key KPIs.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates and store leadership.
• Learn and share product knowledge and current or upcoming trends.
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge and trends.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Support initiatives as empowered by the Store Manager.
• Grow the business through community outreach.
