Job summary

Value Buds is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead cannabis retail operations. You will provide friendly, informed customer service and educate shoppers on products, while guiding team members during shifts and acting as the point of contact in the absence of management.

You will ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, support inventory, promotions, and merchandising, and help maintain store cleanliness and standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product education

• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, ID verification, and OH&S standards

About You

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Must hold certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell)
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
