Value Buds, a leading cannabis retailer in Canada, seeks a Store Manager to drive daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and grow sales while ensuring regulatory compliance and superior customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail with leadership, strong sales and people skills, and cannabis-regulated retail familiarity. Certification in cannabis sales is preferred; provincial age rules apply. This role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills.
• Cannabis, liquor, or regulated retail experience preferred.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence.

Store Manager – Cannabis Retail

We’re hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive sales and compliance in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You’ll own store results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
