Job summary

Value Buds Saskatoon is part of a Canada-wide cannabis retailer network. This Store Supervisor role supports daily retail operations, leads by example on the sales floor, and helps ensure a great customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail or customer service, supervisory experience, strong communication, and cannabis-certifications. Must be 18/19+ per province, able to lift 40 lbs, and pass a criminal record check.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Must hold cannabis sales certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell).
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (provincial requirements).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

Store Supervisor – Cannabis Retail

Value Buds is looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams, delivering great customer experiences, and working in a fast-paced environment.
