Sephora Canada is seeking a Team Lead, Operations at our Langford store to oversee all operations, drive inventory accuracy, and lead the store’s operations team. You will partner with leadership to ensure flawless execution of merchandising, staffing, and daily processes.

The role requires 1–3 years in a similar, high-volume setting, strong coaching skills, and a passion for client service. The compensation ranges CAD$22.85–CAD$28.55 per hour, plus bonus opportunities and a comprehensive

Qualifications

One to three years' experience in a similar role at a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
Strong store operations skills.
Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations and ensure execution of all operations processes to company standards.
Manage inventory including shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and returns.
Oversee visual merchandising and on-site visuals within brand standards.
Manage budget and supplies, including testers and samples.
Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for the team.
Engage with clients on the sales floor and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
Develop budget strategies based on store sales performance and payroll considerations.
