Job summary

Instant Gold Refining | Bullion in Dawson City, Canada is seeking a hands-on operations manager to oversee daily retail and bullion activities on site.

You will plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, determine merchandise and services, implement pricing and credit policies, develop marketing strategies, oversee payroll, conduct performance reviews, and handle customer requests and supply shortages to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
