Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking a Store/Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Regina location. You will manage staff, determine merchandise and services, and implement pricing policies to ensure smooth, customer-focused operations.

With 3–5 years of experience, you will develop marketing strategies, recruit and supervise staff, and resolve customer requests and supply issues while maintaining organized and efficient store performance.

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP education required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory/management role.
• On-site work required – no remote option.
• Experience in marketing, pricing and staff recruitment is a plus.
