Job summary

Petro-Canada in Alberta (Lamont) is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a team on-site in a retail/sales setting. The role requires guiding apprentices and staff across duties and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

You will assign tasks, organize work schedules, hire or arrange training, manage inventory, and prepare sales and personnel reports while addressing customer requests and shortages. Candidates should have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1–2 years of experience.
