Job summary

Rowe Farms is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, manage budgets, and develop the store team in Ontario. You will execute business strategy, recruit and train staff, merchandise according to Rowe Farms standards, and build strong relationships with customers and the local community.

Reporting to the store leadership, you will monitor stock, analyze sales trends, ensure health and food safety compliance, and collaborate with partner businesses

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis.
• Familiarity with health and food safety regulations and certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including customer satisfaction, sales, budgets, and staff development.
• Lead execution of business strategy and drive team performance to meet goals.
• Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise team members to ensure a positive working culture and high service levels.
• Develop relationships with customers and the local community and participate in local events.
• Manage stock levels, shrink, and merchandising to Rowe Farms’ standards.
• Monitor market trends and competition; collaborate with partner stores.
