Job summary

Harvest to Gather, in Ontario, is seeking a Regional Wholesale Representative to drive sales growth for wholesale partners across Ontario. You will manage existing relationships, identify new business opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor with deep meat-industry expertise.

You’ll work with Rowe Farms, VG Meats, and Olliffe Butchers under our umbrella, delivering consultative selling, order facilitation, and market insights to support sustainable and regenerative food systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the meat or food industry.
• 5+ years of experience in a Sales Representative role.
• 2+ years of CRM experience to track and optimize sales efforts.
• Deep knowledge of meat industry and product applications.
• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, acting as a trusted consultant.
• Promote sales to existing customers and actively identify new opportunities.
• Provide customers with insights on benefits and uses of our products.
• Manage quotes, pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines.
• Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.
• Utilize CRM tools to track performance and optimize sales efforts.
• Conduct follow-ups after sales to ensure satisfaction and continued business growth.
