You will oversee inventory, staff scheduling, training, and compliance with food safety standards while upholding brand standards and policies.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products and service in a fast-paced grocery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field.
• 2–3 years retail management experience in food or grocery preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
• Leading and motivating a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Managing inventory levels and ordering merchandise to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Training and coaching staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans.
