Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Supervisor in Abbotsford, Canada. You will be the first face of the brand for growing families, greet customers, explain our products, and help prep for major parenting moments.

You’ll foster an inclusive environment, coach others, and drive results on the sales floor. The role requires a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks while using Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and delegate when needed.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers and explain product styles and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Lead and coach others to succeed in omni‑channel experience.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties, driving results and resolving concerns.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities and actions.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs.
• Provide availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
