QE Home is seeking a Store Manager in North Vancouver to lead daily store operations, coach the team, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving sales and profitability targets.

You will oversee merchandising, scheduling, inventory, safety, and performance metrics in a fast-paced home décor retail environment. Competitive benefits and a strong, collaborative team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience
• minimum 3 years in supervisory capacity
• passion for home décor and guest experience
• demonstrated success in driving sales and building guest loyalty
• ability to lead teams to exceed sales and profit goals
• strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style
• experience with POS systems, visual merchandising, inventory management, and scheduling
• excellent organizational and time management skills
• hands-on leadership style and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all store operations including sales performance, team development, merchandising and guest experience
• Coach, mentor and inspire the team to meet and exceed goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing work culture aligned with QE Home values
• Deliver exceptional guest service and product knowledge while leading on the sales floor
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed consistently and creatively
• Recruit and build a strong, high-performing team
• Manage schedules, budgeting and inventory control with accuracy
• Monitor KPIs and use insights to drive business growth
• Uphold health, safety and loss prevention standards
