Job summary

QE Home is seeking a Store Manager in Vancouver to lead our South Granville store, guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales. You will manage operations, visual merchandising, scheduling, budgeting, and inventory while upholding QE Home standards.

The role requires a hands-on leader with 3-5 years of retail experience, including supervisory duties, and a passion for home décor. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience; minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• A passion and previous experience in home décor, fashion retail, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and building guest loyalty.
• Ability to lead teams to exceed all sales and profit goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style.
• Experience with POS systems, visual merchandising, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.
• Comfortable climbingladders former merchandising and stock.
