Job summary

QE Home in Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help the Store Manager drive store performance, mentor the team, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will foster a warm, welcoming environment reflecting our brand's commitment to comfort, style, and quality.

You will lead daily operations, coach staff, manage merchandising and stock, recruit and train new team members, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. 2+ years retail experience with supervisory exposure is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience, with supervisory duties.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.
• Ability to coach and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable with inventory and loss prevention basics.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales and merchandising.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to meet goals.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge.
• Oversee recruiting, training, and onboarding of new team members.
• Assist in inventory management and loss prevention.
• Step in as acting Store Manager when needed.
