Job summary

Dollarama in Windsor, ON is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, drive sales, and ensure store standards align with company guidelines. You will lead visual merchandising, recruiting, training, scheduling, and inventory management to achieve targets.

You will develop and coach staff, manage opening/closing procedures, handle cash, and maintain safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in retail and team management.
• Open availability including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
