Job summary

Dollarama is seeking a Store Manager in Windsor, Canada, to oversee daily retail operations, including merchandising, staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory control. You will ensure store standards align with company guidelines and drive sales through strong leadership.

In this full-time role, you will recruit and develop staff, manage cash handling and opening/closing procedures, and maintain visual merchandising while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
