Job summary

Chatters Limited Partnership is seeking a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant for our Grandview Corners, South Surrey Retail Salon. You will lead in-person consultations, educate customers on hair care trends, and support daily salon operations while promoting new launches.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail experience and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Grandview Corners,South Surrey Retail Salon!

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.
• Educate customers and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.
• Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.
• Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.
