Job summary

Chatters Park Royal, Vancouver Retail Salon is seeking a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant who will lead by example, delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations to every guest. You’ll educate customers and team members on professional hair care trends, drive sales by supporting store goals and promotions, maintain merchandising standards, and help with opening and closing duties as a key holder when required.

Competitive hourly wage starts at $18.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Park Royal, Vancouver Retail Salon!

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.
• Educate customers and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.
• Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.
• Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.
