Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience.
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning.
• Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised to Chatters’ standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences.
• Analyze performance metrics and take action to drive results and continuous improvement.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Act as the primary leader on the floor, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business, customers, and team.

What You’ll Do
