Job summary

Dollarama in Alberta, Canada seeks a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, including merchandising, staffing, scheduling, training and inventory control, ensuring all store standards align with company guidelines.

You will lead and develop store staff, deliver outstanding customer service, maintain visual standards, safety and cleanliness, and manage cash, opening and closing procedures while driving performance and growth within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in retail and team management.
• Open availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
