Job summary

Dollarama in Québec is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, merchandising, staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and inventory control. You will ensure all store standards align with company guidelines and drive customer service excellence with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, 2+ years of retail and team management experience, and flexible availability across days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in retail and team management.
