Job summary

Dollarama in Oshawa is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, including merchandising, staffing, training and inventory control.

You will lead a team, ensure policy compliance, deliver strong customer service and drive store performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in retail and team management.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
