Job summary

Dollarama is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, including merchandising, staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.

You will lead and develop a team, ensure policy compliance, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain store standards while driving performance. Open availability and strong leadership are essential as you manage opening/closing, cash handling, and training within a fast-paced Canadian environment.
