Job summary

Dollarama in Mont-Laurier, QC is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, including merchandising, staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory control. You will ensure all store standards align with company guidelines and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will lead a team, drive sales, manage opening/closing tasks, and maintain safety and visual standards while coaching staff to reach performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ retail experience with team management.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Daily Tasks (but not limited to)

• Overseeing all store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Leading, motivating, and developing store staff to achieve goals.

• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in retail and team management.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
