Job summary

Dollarama Store Manager leads daily retail operations, including merchandising, staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory control to maintain company standards.

You will coach and develop store staff, resolve customer issues, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive sales while upholding policy and brand guidelines. This role requires strong leadership and a customer‑focused mindset, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in retail and team management.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
