Job summary

Dollarama in Ontario is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, including merchandising, staffing, scheduling, and inventory control. You will ensure store standards align with company guidelines and drive sales through exceptional customer service.

You will lead and develop a diverse team, implement training programs, manage budgets, and handle cash and opening/closing duties. This role requires at least two years of retail leadership, strong communication, and a proven
