Job summary

Dollarama in Surrey, BC, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, including visual merchandising, recruitment, training, scheduling and inventory control.

You will lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve goals, deliver exceptional customer service, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain safe, clean store conditions while managing cash and opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in retail and team management.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
