Job summary

QE Home is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Belleville, Ontario. You will support store operations, drive sales targets, and coach a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest service.

You will lead merchandising, training, and inventory control while maintaining QE Home’s welcoming brand experience. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail with supervisory exposure, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a diverse team.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience using POS systems in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Excellent organizational and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and guest experience.
• Coach and mentor team members to meet performance goals.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Assist in inventory management and loss prevention.
• Step into Store Manager role in their absence.
