Job summary

QE Home is hiring a Co-Manager to co-lead daily store operations, drive sales, and mentor a strong team in Belleville, Ontario. You will partner with the Store and District Manager to optimize guest experiences and store performance.

The role requires 2–5 years in retail with at least 3 years in supervision, a hands-on leadership style, and excellence in communication. Competitive salary and benefits accompany a dynamic home décor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems, visual merchandising, inventory management, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Takingownership of assigned operational areas such as scheduling, merchandising, execution, training, or inventorymanagement.

• Providingleadership support to an additional storeas needed, acting as a consistent leadership presence and operational partner.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you maybe requiredto change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.
