QE Home is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Canada to support store leadership and drive top-tier guest experiences. You’ll coach the team, manage daily operations, and ensure merchandising excellence while working to achieve sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail with supervisory exposure, strong communication, and a passion for home décor. This role includes training, inventory oversight, and potential progression to Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong passion for home décor, design and creating beautiful spaces.
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Clear and confident communication, verbal and written.
• Experience using POS systems in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales, merchandising and guest experience.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members to meet performance goals.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with QE Home values.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and service.
• Assist in inventory management and loss prevention initiatives.
• Help recruit, train and onboard new team members.
• Step into Store Manager role in the absence of the manager.
