Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a motivated Stockroom Lead to join our Parts department. The role involves training staff, planning, and directing work to ensure efficient stockroom operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, assigning tasks, and maintaining safety and order while promoting RW products and services to customers. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in stockroom or warehouse is preferred.
• Minimum education and experience are determined by position.

Responsibilities

• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules and expedite workflow for stockroom personnel.
• Assign duties, ensure work is checked for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Issue written and oral instructions to Parts Department subordinates.
• Promote and support sales of RW products and services including New/Used equipment, Field Service, Rental, Shop, Parts, Training and Allied services.
• Promote a professional image of the Parts Department and RW.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, customers, and other RW departments.
• Provide support in any area of the Parts Department where needed.
• Identify areas for improvements and implement approved changes.
• Train employees to perform new duties and improve performance.
• Monitor daily subordinates’ performance levels.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
• Maintain a high level of customer service in person, at the counter, and in order fulfillment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
