Job summary

Gtrworldwide is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support day-to-day operations by providing accurate inventory control and parts distribution. You will maintain organized stockrooms and assist staff and customers with parts identification and issuance.

We anticipate multiple openings. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, storing parts, picking and packing orders, cycle counts, and maintaining inventory records with barcode scanners and computer systems.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience in inventory control or warehouse roles preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer apps.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify shipments against POs and packing lists.
• Store parts in designated locations and maintain orderly stockrooms.
• Pick, pack and issue parts to technicians, staff or customers.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with purchasing.
• Maintain inventory records using computer systems and barcode scanners.
